Kenya Utalii College Management is committed to developing a highly qualified and globally competitive Human Resource for the Tourism and Hospitality industry through quality Training, Partnerships and Enterprise in order to constituently meet or exceed the needs and expectations of all relevant interested parties.

In order to realize this commitment, Management shall develop a framework for setting Quality Objectives at all functional levels and provide necessary resources to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in conformity to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System’s requirements.

Management shall communicate the Quality Policy to all relevant parties and ensure that this Policy and the established Quality Objectives, shall be continuously monitored and reviewed when necessary for continued suitability.
