COURSE DESCRIPTION
This is a three year programme designed to prepare learners for the role of departmental managers by equipping them with various operational and managerial skills. In addition, the learner will be exposed to at least one foreign language to enable them operate in the global hospitality industry which is multilingual.

Career Opportunities
Graduates may work in hotels as supervisors or departmental managers and rise to general manager position. All other catering and hospitality establishments which provide food and beverage and or accommodation can absorb them to management their facilities. Examples of such facilities are hospitals, schools, with catering facilities, apartments etc.
